Fairly clean and fantastic hotel, views are pleasant, location is prime in the Japanese or Chinese restaurant. Well-equipped and huge rooms, plus the staff is attentive. They serve nice food, have a wide array of options to choose from.

The hotel has excellent facilities, including a soaking tub in the double room with a bathtub. the price of USD 1801 is very reasonable for what they offer. Being located in the heart of town is very convenient. Plus, it's just 2 miles away from a peaceful park.

The hotel is conveniently located near a factory, making it a convenient option for business travelers. The Japanese restaurant on the 4th floor offers a unique dining experience and the staff in the Dongguan district are attentive and accommodating. The rooms are in excellent shape, with great bathrooms and piping hot water. The breakfast spread is fantastic and the staff are attentive and helpful.

The restaurant and bar in the hotel were not up to 5-star standards, with poorly trained staff and limited food choices for breakfast.

Chris was great in resolving flight issues and extending stay at the same rate. Fantastic location for conferences in the convention center. Great shower, beds, and functional rooms.

The hotel provided complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. The location was within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. The room had a comfortable bed and a great shower with excellent water pressure.

The room was a bit small for our liking. The cleaning could have been better as there were a few areas that were not thoroughly cleaned.

Here, we enjoyed a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities. the room was well-equipped with modern and spacious features. the health club was impressive offering a spa, massage, ballroom, and special diet menus at the restaurant. the location was convenient, near the exhibition center and park.

Despite the luxurious and comfortable stay we had at this hotel, the restaurant staff lacked proper training. It took an average of 20 minutes to get our table ready and the manager offered excuses instead of service.
